 Responsible for the supervision and control of work allocated, ensuring that organization

 To ensure, through effective team management and their own administration, that all jobs are 
carried out within agreed timing schedules to the level expected by both the organization and

 Proactively building the organization business and the account, in liaison with the General 
Manager. 
 Presentation writing, including some pitch documents and presenting these to Top Management. 
 Tracking and updating the account team forecast and invoice management. 
 Employee Relations: To advise, guide and support managers with all matters relating to employee 
relations 
 Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinary, performance 
management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management 
 Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across 
the organization 
 Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action 
 Providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and 
coaching managers where appropriate. 
Payroll & HR System: 
 Checking how many hours employees have worked 
 processing holiday, sick and maternity pay and expenses 
 answering staff queries about timesheets or pay slips 
 Provide reports to the department and the business when necessary with support from HRO. 
Leave: 
 Manage the leave system, including adding new starters and removing leavers. 
Employee Communication : 
 Manage and supervise team who is responsible to prepare offer letter, contracts, departmental 
memo, update all relevant system, leaves, terminations and calculate any outstanding holiday, 
benefits. 
General Administration: 
 Working directly with Top management (Chairman & vice chairman) for completion of pending 
assignments in various departments
