specificposition.Full timeversusField/Parttime
o I9 processinginE-Verify:alsouse GuardianforFull time employees
o Criminal andDMV backgroundchecks – for full time employees,authorizedcompany
drivers,Plantaccessrequirements,InternationalVisaapplications.
o Backup Receptionist
o Create and runpayroll reportsforotherdepartments:QA/QC,Safety,Operations
Management,andCorporate office
o EmploymentVerifications –personal loans,unemployment,childsupport,etc.

o Office &fieldtimesheetsreviewedand submittedtopayroll –All PTORequests
o Payroll departmentinquiries:timesheets,DirectDeposit,Job#,etc.
