Shifts: work 3 12 hour shifts and 1 half shift. ( 3 days on/3days off)
Starting Salary: $14.00-14.50 per hour.
Must have own tools.
Duties: Perform preventative maintenance on company equipment.

Job Description:
• Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing,
recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee
leaves of absence.
• Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job
applicants.
• Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly
earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance,
and dates of and reasons for terminations.
• Gather personnel records from other departments or employees.
• Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel
actions.
• Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other
pertinent information.
• Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
• Regularly process invoices, expenses, payroll and other financial transactions.
• Unemployment compensation filing, garnishments, verifications of employments.
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of ADP or other payroll module a must.
• Deltek and GCS a plus.
• Must have strong experience with some type of payroll module, Excel, and Word.
4. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, works under pressure, and meet deadlines required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience and high school diploma or a satisfactory equivalent of
education and/or experience.
