Position Description:As the Plant Engineering Managing you will have 4 direct reports and 10 indirect reports and oversee the entire facility. You will have full responsibilities for: The maintenance budget, Utilities, Predictive Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Robotic System Upgrades and Installations, Process Improvements while working closely with the Local H.R. Director on safety issues. This is an extremely diverse role that will allow you to utilize many of your skills along with your PLC and lean manufacturing knowledge. Qualifications: BA/BS Degree Up to 10 years Plant Engineering Management experience PdM Predictive Maintenance background Hands on plant operational experienceCompensation:Base income is approximately $75K with a 5% bonus potential and benefits.
