REPORTING TO HR.MANAGER
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Recruitment, Induction & Joining Formalities:
• Handle the recruitment process.
• Lining up candidates & conducting interview.
• Plan, organize, and conduct induction programmed for the new joiner.
• Complete the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents.
HR & Welfare:
• Offer release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the support staff.
• Clarify the Employee Grievance and various issues/queries on Leave policy, Salary payment.
• Maintain the notice board with the information about “Thought of the Day” message
• Maintain HR files and employee information in various reports like employee database, employee CV's,
preparing all HR letters and certificates etc.
• To facilitate staff in general, management of facilities like canteen, vehicle, Travel, Transport, Guesthouse,
Security and Contractor and other day-to-day administrative requirements.
Personnel Management –
• Maintained Personal file of employees as well as workers of Company
• Handling salary and wages administration, Wage & Salary survey,
• Maintenance of attendance, Leave records, absenteeism, late coming & early departure records, overtime,
compensatory off records of all employees.
• Maintained record of Provident Fund, Gratuity, Bonus and preparation of Full and final settlement of left
employee.
• Monitoring time office function & Punching Machine for day to day record of employee attendance.
Industrial Relation -
• Employee grievance handling related to Leave, absenteeism, overtime, Wage, Salary, Working hours,
Compensatory off,
Compliance of Labour Legislation & Liasoning:
• Ensuring compliance of all labour legislation like Factories Act, Provident Fund, Contract Labor, ESI, Payment of
Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act, and all other acts and maintaining all its records.
• Liasoning and coordinating with all govt. agencies like PF Office, Govt. Labor officer, Factory Inspector
Administration –
• Handling correspondence and confidential documents, maintaining registers of Annual maintenance Contract of
Company equipment like EPABX, Air Conditioners, Water coolers, agreement with labor contractor, Security
contractor
• Verification and payment of bills – Telephone, cell phone, Electricity bill, Property tax, Postage and courier,
Security and labour bills
• Vehicle management – RTO tax, insurance of vehicle, PUC, repair and maintenance of company’s vehicle,
arrangement of vehicle for guest and staff.

• Handle the recruitment process.
• Lining up candidates & conducting interview.
• Manpower Management. (Alloting manpower according to requirement of respective department.)
• Maintain Housekeeping.
• Induction & Joining formalities.
• Monitoring time office function & Punching Machine for day to day record of employee attendance.
• Preparing Daily Manpower reports.
