2) HR LEGAL –
 Preparing Salary structures as per current wages
 Finalization & online submissions of Monthly/Half yearly Challans (PF, ESIC, PT,
MLWF etc.)

 Deal with various government authorities
 Handled all statutory inspections independently
 Preparation of different compliance reports & statutory reports

3) SALARY PROCESSING (PAYROLL MANAGEMENT)
 Maintaining whole staff correct database
 Payroll processing with regards to Labor Laws
 Preparation of monthly attendance(Up to 500 sites monthly)
 Salary calculations
 TDS Calculations
 Monitoring PF, ESIC, PT, Leave calculation
 Updating and tracking Leave taken by all employees.
 Disbursement of monthly Salary through Bank, cash, cheques (more than 2500
employees per month) within timeframe.
 Monthly updating entries in Payroll systems
 Finalization of monthly Salary MIS
 Reconciliation of Salary MIS with monthly invoices (Billing)
 Coordinating with inter departments for Payroll activities and providing relevant
inputs.
 Preparation of various data require by any departments or clients
 Monitoring Relieving procedures and settlements
 Handling Employee gravitation regarding salary issues
4) CORE HR(RECRUITMENT)
 Coordinating for throughout recruitment procedure
 Coordinating by telecalling, by net (emailing) to the short-listed resumes and
checking their availability and interest
 Forward interested candidate resume to clients
 Arrange training sessions.
