3. After Completion the project of Unicol I shifted from Dhaka &
Joined at Youngone Group (Evertop Bag Factory Unit) at
C.E.P.Z. As ‘Sr. Sales Officer’.
• From 21-01-2001 to 26-9-2001.
Responsibility: I am the only person to look after the Export
procedure, like:- Prepare shipment schedule & for shipment
prepared shipping documents (Invoice, packing list, manage
C.O., Visa, EXP Forms Etc.), Coordinate with C&F firms,
Shipping Lines, BEPZA (For E.P & I.P). Coordinate with
Buyer for shipment Issues. And any other job Assigned by
the management.
• I was directly supervised by Mr. H.S. Kim.
4. From November 1st
2001 I joined at Regency Garments
Limited. Offered from Mr. Vijaylingam Velupillai C.E.P.Z. as
ISO Coordinator (Management Auditor, Designing MIS).
Responsibility:
• My assignment was there to establishment ISO 9001:
2000 Standard throughout the three units situated at
C.E.P.Z.
• Design MIS (Management Information System) Related
forms & report formats designed by me after discussion
with relevant Dept.
4. • Draft & finalized QMS Procedures approved by
Management & Consultant firm. Where all
Departmental Activities Pre-described and also prepare
& revised Forms/Formats for regular reporting.
• Establish SPC (Statistical Process Control) to reduce the
production defects by un- interrupting entire line
production. The system was clicked and now ‘Regency’
is one of the best Quality Oriented factories.
• We faced several Surveillance Audit and last Audit (At
my presence) it was “0” non compliance Report.
• On 4-3-2004 I Transferred to Compliance Dept. as
Compliance Officer.
Extra Responsibility: To look after buyers compliance
issues, coordinate with ‘Compliance Auditors’ from
different buyers.
Successfully Faced Following Buyers’ Compliance
Audit:- Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Next, JC Penny, Tesco,
Marks & Spencers, Walmart, Target, Li & Fung, PCC,
K- mart, POLO, Hema, Khols, Lands End, Lollytogs,
Nygard, Etc.
• As per USA Buyer we established security System as per
CTPAT (Custom Trade Partnership against Terrorism) with
written procedure.
5. I took release from Regency to solve my family’s unavoidable
circumstances, so I not able to maintain regular Office timing
for 6 months. During this time I worked in SEA TEX Ltd. At.
C.E.P.Z. as Sr. Officer H.R. & Compliance Officer.
• Responsibility:- I lead the H.R. Team to reorganize
Labour & Staff Appointment , Arrange Barcode System
attendance, Prepare Wage Sheet & settle other
Compliance related issues. Also Coordinate with
Consultant (MSS) for establishes ISO & SA 8000
Standard, Etc.
6. From February 2008 to April 2013 I worked at “Victory
Knitwears Ltd.” as an Admin. Manager.
The Project is 100% Export oriented Sweater manufacturing
Factory. Total Manpower 1200 nos. at Pick season and 700-750
nos. at off season. Factory & Office Situated in 1382, North
Kattali, Post office lane, Fouzdarhat I/A, Pahartali, Chittagong,
BANGLADESH .
• Lead the Factory under Managing Director, (Mr. Manzurul
Alam, Mob.01819335817).
5. • Responsibility:-
Look after Factory licensing, Custom Bond, Import Export,
Banking, Accounts, Lead the H.R team, Look after all labour
issues, and also coordinate Buyers & Production Dept. etc. Lead
the Accounts Dept., Personal Dept., Co-ordinate with Production
Dept. and give report to MD for adopting Management Policy.
And my duty is to implementing the Policy towards factory.
7. From May, 2013 to September 5th 2014, I worked as Manager
(HR & Admin.) at Textec Und Mehr… Ltd. 100% Export
oriented Knit Garments Manufacturing Industry. Situated at
Malitha Industrial Zone, Lalpur, Fotullah, Narayangonj.
Responsibility:- Lead the Factory under Managing Director /
CEO (Mr. Rafiq-uddind Mob.+491719554778, E-mail Address
ceo@textecundmehr.net) who lived in Germany, we run the
factory through Skypee and mail. Preparing monthly
Expenditure Budget, Forecast Export / Income Statement.
Adopting Lean Production system.
Before my joining factory faced lot of trouble due to workers
unrest, and when we adopt Lean Production system, factory was
under going Lockout on 27th
August due to Workers unrest. But
finally factory re-open on December, 2013. Resigned all
workers & staffs by paying only 27days Salary (for August,13)
with extra Tk.500/- each, as factory lockout under section 13
(No work no pay basis) of Bangladesh Labour Law. After re-
open now factory run smoothly obtaining Lean Production
system.
Due to my family stated at Chittagong and it is difficult to
manage both Job & family, I decide to shift from Fotullah to
Chittagong.
8. Through reference, I offered a position as Manager HR and
Admin. at M/S Sheng Tseng Enterprise Co., Ltd., situated at
Plot # 51-54, Sector – 2, Karnaphuli Export Processing Zone,
North Patenga, Chittagong. A shoe Sole Manufacturing
