Recruitment, Induction & Joining Formalities:
Handle the recruitment process.
Lining up candidates & conducting interview.
Plan, organize, and conduct induction programmed for the new joiner.

Complete the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents.
HR & Welfare:
Offer release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the support staff.
Clarify the Employee Grievance and various issues/queries on Leave policy, Salary payment.
Maintain the notice board with the information about “Thought of the Day” message
Maintain HR files and employee information in various reports like employee database, employee CV's,
preparing all HR letters and certificates etc.
To facilitate staff in general, management of facilities like canteen, vehicle, Travel, Transport, Guesthous e,
Security and Contractor and other day-to-day administrative requirements.
Personnel Management –
Maintained Personal file of employees as well as workers of Company
Handling salary and wages administration, Wage & Salary survey,
Maintenance of attendance, leave records, absenteeism, late coming & early departure records, overtime,
compensatory off records of all employees.

employee.
