• Weaknesses of using this method
Sometimes people can disagree with each other’s ideas. Some people might not be comfortable
with communicating with others.
• Did you like using this method? Why?
I think this method is fine. I think being able to share your ideas with others and get to hear
theirs's can be helpful, however sometimes I don’t feel confident to communicate with us.

You can hear other’s opinions of your ideas and how you could improve them.
• Weaknesses of using this method
People might not like your ideas altogether and you might have to change it. You might also not

19. Formal Proposal
Working title : Coke cola radio advert
Target platform : this advert would be released on the radio, so when people are listening to the
radio they will hear this advert.
Genre : advertising
Language / territories : it could be advertising all over the world as there isn’t anything really
important to one place.
Synopsis / treatment / story / how the storyline/narrative/game plays out : the product is
about a drink called coke cola, the advert can communicate a message of have more options for
drinks. The main message is to tell people about the product.
One line sales pitch : it’s a nice refreshing drink.
Style (similar products and graphical style) : Pepsi is similar to coke cola as they both are a drink.
Audience : the target audience is 16 to 19 years old so the advert has things relating to these
ages. The product would appeal to these ages group because people around this age group are
more likely to enjoy this product then anyone else.
Legal & ethical considerations : I won’t say any offensive words. It won't be restricting younger
audiences as the drink should be for everyone. There wont be anything that will offend socials
groups, religions or ethnicities. I will make sure nothing offensive will be mention. The product is
using the coke cola name. yes the product is different from existing ones because I’ve used
different songs.
20. Formal Proposal
• Strengths of using this method
You can see what your idea is and how you can make for everyone to enjoy. You can also see the
things you can do and things you can’t. you can also talk about what your project is about.
• Weaknesses of using this method
You might have to change somethings if they against some of rules of social media.
• Did you like using this method? Why?
I think this method is okay because you can see what your idea is for the project and can see if its
suitable for everyone.
21.
22. Initial Reaction
I think that it would be fun to plan out how I would
want the game and getting to animate it. I like the idea
of drawing the game out and deciding where I want
things.
23. Initial Reaction
• Strengths of using this method
I can see what my thoughts and feelings are and what I would enjoy about it.
• Weaknesses of using this method
You could change your mind about what you thought once you do it.
• Did you like using this method? Why?
I think this method is okay because I can see how I feel about it but my opinion could change as I
do it.
24. Sketches
The clouds are going to move in a line, while
the monsters do the same thing. You collect
the coca cola cans to gain points. But if you
touch the monsters you lose a point. You can
collect a star which can double your points.
You have to jump on each platform to get the
coca cola cans. The coca cola cans and stars
move around in a circle. You can move the
character forward, backwards and to jump.
25. Sketches
• Strengths of using this method
You can sketch out any ideas you have. You can choose the colours and style you want. You can also see
if you want to add anything or if anything needs improving. You can also play around with different
styles and find one that fits your idea. If you don’t like something you can erase it easier.
• Weaknesses of using this method
You might not be great at sketches and might find it stressful to do. You might not like what the sketches
look like that much. You might prefer to sketch on the computer or already know what your idea looks
like.
• Did you like using this method? Why?
I think this method is okay because I can draw out my ideas and change them if I need to. I also can pick
the colours I use and the style I want it to be. However, sometimes I find the sketches stressful as
sometimes might not be able to sketch out my idea or get frustrated with the sketching.
26. Formal proposal
Working title: Coca Cola Race
Target platform: the internet or mobile phone
Genre: Video game advertisement
Language / Territories: it is suitable for everyone to use around the world. It isn’t targeting
anyone specific either.
Synopsis / Treatment / Story / How the storyline/narrative/game plays out: the product is
about coca cola but as a game. It communicates with the audience as a fun way to advertise the
product and what they have option to buy.
One line sales pitch: a fun game out a drink.
Style ( similar products and graphical style): the style of the advergame is that it is a pixel game
that you can collect coca cola cans to get points.
Audience: it is mainly targeted for 16-19 years old but anyone can use it. Its not really restricting
from anyone so like a child or someone over the target age can still use it.
Legal & ethical considerations: there isn’t anything offensive in it. It wont be restricting for
younger audiences to use as it would probably be more interesting to them as it is a game. It
wont offend any social groups or ethnicities. I will make sure that the game wont include
anything offensive. The advergame will be using coca cola as its an advert for that product. The
product is similar to others but it is really over used.
27. Formal Proposal
• Strengths of using this method
You can see what you can and can’t do for the advergame. Like copyright and how to make it
friendly for everyone to use. It can also help you make changes and improve to make it fit all the
requirements.
• Weaknesses of using this method
You might not be able to change anything to fit the requirements. You might need to change a lot
to fit copyright and to make sure its friendly for everyone to use.
• Did you like using this method? Why?
I think this method is okay as I can see if I am making it okay for people to use and not
copyrighting anything. I can also see if I have everything I need for my advergame.
