3. Graphic Design Production
• Advantages of working in this medium
– You can edit photos so it will appeal to the audiences, for
example you could makes the photos look better than they
actually are. This will make the audience take more of an
appeal to the the product.
– Good for combining photos and placing text onto photos
• Disadvantages of working in this medium
There could be a lot of controversy because the audience
might know that its not real and not buy the product
because it is really hard.
If your bad at it it looks really unprofessional.
4. Graphic Design Production
Both of these products are based in the snow as they are winter ads. My ad looks more
fun compared to the real one. My product also has more products saying coca cola that
the other. However the official coca cola ad is more professional than the mine because
the slogan is cut out so it looks more like its meant to be in that environment. In mine I
did not cut out the slogan picture so it doesn’t look as good, but I did cut out the hot air
balloon. I also have more things in my picture but the official one is more plain and
simple. They both associate with friendships and are saying to share a coke with friends.
5. Strengths and weaknesses
Strengths
• The people are holding coke bottles and I drew new
thumbs so it looks like they are holding the bottle.
This is good because it makes the coke bottle look
like its meant to be in the picture.
• There is a lot of coca cola items in my final product,
such as 5 coke bottles, a coke hot air balloon, coca
cola in the bottom right and a coke slogan.
• I have buried things into the ground and it looks
really good, the coke bottle and the skis look really
good because it looks likes it is part of the
environment.
Weaknesses
• I didn’t cut out the cokes slogan so it looks like it
is not meant to be in the picture.
• The skis look random because they re not
branded at all. I could have photoshopped a
coca cola logo into the skis so it looks more
branded.
• The hot air balloon looks really unrealistic
because on the top right of it there is a little cut
out in on the top right of it and I looks really
unrealistic.
6. Radio Production
Advantages of working in this medium
– A lot of people listen to the radio so there will be a
lot of people to advertise to
– You can change certain qualitys of the audio such
as pitch, volume and tempo
Disadvantages of working in this medium
Its expensive to use the softwares
Its hard to edit because theres so much you can do
with audio
7. Radio Production
• Both my final product and cokes product break the 4th wall/talk to the
viewer even though they are not there. I used this because it makes each
and every person in the audience think there is someone talking to them;
this is a really persuasive way of addressing the audience. Also we both
used rytorical questions to make the audience think about the question
and maybe even answer it in there head. This will make them buy the
product. Also we both used really nice sound, because as it is audio the
audience don’t know what the product actually looks, so we both took
that to our advantages and made some really nice and refreshing sounds
so the audience would like to buy the products.

8. Radio Production
Strengths
• It is really cheap to advertise
on the radio
• There are large groups of
people on the radio and it
allows you to choose a specific
group
• Gets to a lot of people
weakness
• Its not enough sometimes
because the audience cant see
what the product is
• No-one really listens to radio ads
unless it interests them and its
hard to do that.
changes
• I would have just done a voice over and not include a famous person
• Taken more time
10. Video Game Production
• Advantages of working in this medium
– A lot of the younger generation play games so it
will be easier
– Its is well paid
• Disadvantages of working in this medium
– It is really hard and takes a long time to make a video game
design because it takes a lot of thought and perfection.
– Costs a lot.
11. Video Game Production
My advergame is less detailed as mine is made out of pixels. But mine has a lot of more
props so it looks a lot more crowded and can relate to a parking center a lot more. My
product has a title, back button and a parking logo. This looks really good and advertises
coca cola cola a lot. However Their product is more plain and les crowded, which looks really
good but it doesn't have a normal feel as a parking center because there are only a couple of
cars about. But their game is not pixelated so it looks more real to the viewers. Also their
product does not have a title so it looks professional and more simple. In theirs you cannot
even leave the game becasuse there is no back button. Their goal is just to park and my goal
in my game is to collect bottles and then you win.
12. Video Game Production
Strengths
• The title looks really good as I have made
it look 3d with the black pixels at the side
of it.
• The game looks really realistic for a pixel
game and you can tell that it is a car in a
car park.
• The arrows tells the player what they
need to do.
• It is really well designed and planned out
game.
Weaknesses
• It does not have a title screen or a level
complete screen. This is a weakness
because the player wont be able to tell
that the game is over after each level.
• There are no controls in the game so
they wont know how to use the game.
• It is too overcrowded because there are
so many arrows and things that are not
necessary to the game.
13. Comparison
• Which product do you believe advertises the
product the best? Why?
I think my photo ad because it is more appealing to the audience
and it looks like the people are having fun so they want to as well
• Which of your products is the most professional?
Why?
Probably my radio ad because it really gets to the point and
we took it into our advantage that the audience couldn’t
see what was going on
