4. Graphic Design Production
• Advantages of working in Photoshop
– You can make small edits on images that would be
difficult on other photo editing software
– Its easy and simple to learn and use
• Disadvantages of working in Photoshop
– It has a monthly cost
– Not everyone can afford it.
5. Graphic Design Production
Has visual images of
the bottles Mine uses a different
slogan/hashtag
I have the logo in the
corner and the other
poster uses the bottles o
make up he logo
My poster tries to persuade people
to share Coca-Cola and the other
poster tries to get people to choose
one type of coke
6. Graphic Design Production
Strengths
• Gets the point across
• Uses good imagery to get the
customers to think
• It uses both the slogan and the
hash tag
Weaknesses
• The coke strip underneath the
logo should have been taken out
as I looks out of place
• The hands holding the bottles
don’t look like their holding them
• the writing that has the ‘’names’’
should have been made white not
black
How would I improve this
Given more time I would:
• take the coke strip off the logo
• Make the hands look more like their
actually holding the bottles by learning
how to do that
• The next time I would make the text on
the bottle white rather than just leave it
plain black

8. Radio Production
• Advantages of working in Premiere Pro
• You can change the volume and warp the sounds with
a simple press of a tools
• Supports many video formats
• The quality of sound and video editing is high
• Disadvantages of working in Premiere Pro
– Its expensive to own and not everyone can afford
to own this.
– It can be very resource intensive
9. Radio Production
My final radio advert Coke Summer Sound Radio Ad
Similarities
• Their both have funky music
• Their both about something bad
turning into something good
• Their both set during the
summer
differences
• Mine has the theme of Halloween
• The summer sound advert is about
trying to get rid of thirst
• Mine start off gloomy in a
thunderstorm
• The other one starts of showing off
different sounds
10. Radio Production
Strengths
• The editing is smoothly done
• You can hear the sounds perfectly and
don’t clash with each other
Weakness
• The advert should have been 10
second long as I set premiere to
milliseconds bit it ended up being 1
minute and 5 seconds.
• It could have used more auditory
effects
• The transition from gloomy music to
funky music could of faded better
How would I improve
Given more time I would:
• Make the far to funky music more
smother with better knowledge of
premier
• I would check how long it actually is
before exporting the sound, if its too
long I would compress I down to the
correct time length
• Use more auditory effects to make the
advert more coherent
13. Video Game Production
• Advantages of working in Photoshop
– You can animate effectively by speeding up or
slowing down each frame
– The animation is easy as its basicaly stop motion
• Disadvantages of working in Photoshop
– Without knowing beforehand you wont know
where to find the button to make it into an
animation.
– The navigation to certain button is long and
tediouse
14. Video Game Production
My advergame has a villain
that you have to fight that
has the key o the coke can
Both of the advergames
are colectathons
This advergame is a simple
platformers where you
collect coins
My advergame is an
advantage that has mild
violence where you have to
save the coke
15. Video Game Production
Strengths
• Good visuals
• It has a clear message at
the end
• The colours don’t clash
and hurt the eyes
Weakness
• The coke can looks more
like a coin
• There's is no audio to
make it interesting
How would I improve
Given more time I would:
• Ad some audio using
premiere using
8-bit tunes and sound
effects
• Make the images look
more like what they
actually are
16.
17. Comparison
• Which product do you believe advertises the
product the best? Why?
– The best method in my opinion is the advergame because you can get
across a lot as you can be more creative with games rather than the
limitation of posters and radio adds.
• Which of your products is the most
professional? Why?
– I would say the most professional is the radio add because it is the one
of the most common way of advertising and you have to propose a
script before you can adverise.
18. Reflective Triangle
Write down one key
thing you have learnt
from this project
Write down two
things you would do
differently if you were
to do this project
again and how you
would do that.
Write down three
things you still need
to develop your
understanding on or
skills within.
I need to develop my
skills using photo
shop
I learned the main 7
laws you have to
follow when
advertising
In my radio add I
would try and
compress it down
and make it shorter
In my advergame I
would add more
interactive things if I
had a longer time
frame
My skills in
video/audio editing
need to improve
My time keep needs
to improve more if
I’m going to get the
grade I want to get
