3. Graphic Design Production
• Advantages of working in this medium
The advantages of Working in Photoshop is that it allows you to manipulate images in a variety of
ways for example you can take an image put it onto Photoshop and take it apart literally and
make it even better.
Disadvantages of working in this medium
The disadvantages of working on Photoshop is that is easy to make something that is copyright
Some people find Photoshop hard to use at first because it is so in depth. Also some times when
you copy and paste an image it can turn blurry and pixelated.
4. Graphic Design Production
The inspiration I took from the advert on the
right was the red theme of the red lorry and
also the winter night background which
shows that it’s a Christmas theme therefore
this kind of landscape represents father
Christmas who which I displayed in my
advert
Red coke theme and
classic logo
This classic coca cola look has carried
on for generations as well as the green
colour that is situated at the back of
the lorry. Also the scenery and
landscape I used that is displayed is at
night time creates a happy feeling from
the glow in the sky to fluffy snow
couldn’t make it not feel like Christmas
time.
5. Graphic Design production
The target advert definitely suits the target audience because
of its eye catching but simplistic look . The slogan used was
“make someone happy” this slogan instantly tells the reader
you that coca cola is the answer to happiness. For next time I
would of potentially added more coca cola logos or even a
coke bottle. I would of also for next time would of added
more of the green themed coca cola as that represents
Christmas as a classic
6. Radio Production
• Advantages of working in this medium
• Advantages of this medium is that it prepares you for future use of using email as it required
in most jobs. More practice with Premier pro is also good for preparing you for been able to
use it in the future .
• Disadvantages of working in this medium
The software may not allow you to have exactly what you want your movie or advert to be.
If you are unfamiliar .
7. Radio Production
• My radio advert is similar to a coca cola advert from 2005 .
• The similarities about it is the bottle been stirred around.
• The differences with this one is that its completely different because there isn’t a
particular theme that is presented to the reader.
8. Radio Production
Strengths
The radio advert was short and relaxing to listen
The background music made it catchy
Weaknesses
The voice over could have been more professional.
10. Video Game Production
• Advantages of working in this medium
– It widens your knowledge on production techniques .
– Disadvantages of working in this medium
– It may take you a while to find a reliable source for sound effects and images
for your game.
11. Video Game Production
Both games have a similar layout and
both have the same objective.
My game has coke cans to chase down
where is in the original you chase ghosts
12. Video Game Production
Strengths
My game was simplistic and eye catching
Its a similar strategy to pacman .
Weaknesses
The coke cans don't necessarily look very
realistic. Which would make it hard to see
the game as a coca cola representation.
What would I change
I would make the coke cans bigger next
time to make them more realistic .
13. Comparison
• Which product do you believe advertises the product
the best? Why?
• I personally believe the coca cola radio advert was the
best advertisement for the product mainly because it
allowed us to be more creative with how we would
present it but still using the same recognisable slogans
and catch phrases .
• Which of your products is the most professional? Why?
The most professional product would have to of been
the radio advert because was the easier and more
familiar representation of coca cola .
