1. If you have a strong Cost Accounting background within a manufacturing environment and
would like to work for an industry leader with a large presence in the Caribbean, this may

As the Assistant Controller, you will report directly to the General Manager. This is an extremely
visible role where the General Manager will rely on your cost / operational accounting skills to
manage the locations: Inventory, Rates, Planning, Cost control, Operational accounting issues
along with Budgeting and Forecasting.
Through succession planning this could be a step towards the General Manager position.
Qualifications include:
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance
7 + years cost accounting experience
Preferred experience within electronics or pharmaceuticals within a manufacturing
environment.
The position is based in the Dominican Republic and you must be a resident of the DR.
Compensation is approximately $95,000 USD with bonus and benefits.
