time I have enjoyed considerable success in a variety of roles. My management roles have enabled me to build strong,
focused teams committed to successful teamwork, excellent customer care and to exceeding targets.
My current role is that of STORE Manager for Starbucks, where`s I am required to demonstrate strong operational
and people management skills in order to ensure the smooth running of the store. I now wish to develop my career
further, and am therefore looking for a new and challenging position which will enable me to use my existing skills and
knowledge as well as enabling me to develop new ones. I feel the advertised position would be ideal for this purpose.
I believe that my key qualities are my excellent interpersonal skills, team leadership qualities, customer relation skills
and strong communicative ability, combined with my talent for effective organisation, teamwork and prioritisation. I
