Process of an order:
• Spend the day filming while you work
and asking how the whole process is
done
• Have a voice over the image shown on
screen talking about the thing that's
happening.
• Whole process from getting the order-
setting it up for the customer
• Before and after of the room (with and
without balloons / decorations)
• Go though the types you use and for
what occasion.
• Show previous events you’ve done
work in intro.
• Animated logo
Review of the company:
• Me doing an overview and look at the
company
• My thoughts and feelings on it
• Information added in by you
• More you showing me what the
company is and does.
• Talk though how long it'll take with the
steps involved.
• With ending up with a
3. Mind Maps/Brainstorms
Interview:
• Ill interview you asking you questions and
then basic the film I get on how you
answer
• With you answering the question ill put
footage behind that
• Ask you a set of questions
• History of the company, what people
you’ve done parties/ events for.
• Most popular items in the shop as well as
most popular events.?
• Who tends to buy from you the most?
• Biggest event you’ve done?
5. Client discussion
This was conformation that I can film
balloons at a certain event. This means
I can make a start on filming now and
have the next couple of weeks to edit
and perfect the filming to what the
client wants. having this time means if
reshoots are meant to be done then
we can do. Or if there's any better
events we can film them as well for
the company.
7. Idea Evaluation
I think that 1 and 3 would be a good to combine almost asking questions as they go
along. Having a more personal and in depth with how the process is done. I think this
could be good for the target audience to see because it'll show the company are not
big corporate brand that they’ll have to buy the items then set up the party. As in the
company is more of a service. That makes sure that the client understands what the
company does rather than just what they sell. With this knowledge I can base my
advert for this client from these ideas.
After going though these options with the client I will adjust my proposal to fit the
clients preferences as well as how much they're willing to be in/ part of the advert.
After getting this information I’ll make a new document of planning and ideas if they
do stray from the original ideas I had.
8. Developed Idea 1
I made a logo for the company something that is simple and useable of items.
Also it can be animated as shown therefor can be used in the advert material or
played when a page is opened up on the website. This animation can be placed
anywhere and used for what ever purpose's intended.
9. Developed Idea 2
This was a interview I did for a experiment last project. It was an interview I did with
him with clips of what they're talking about when said this would be good for incite
into the company if the client wants to be interviewed:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L42kldEa1q4
This was a clip from the team thor trailer for captain America civil war. this was a
trailer made as a mockumentry style that followed thor though a day to day life with
his planning and other things. This could be used more as a documentry hand held
style for the client showing its made with abit more heart to it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPNBKT6JLSU
This was from 60 minute makeover showing the before and after shots thinking I could
use that in the before and after of my filming using this for more corporate video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INBVSg5JKFM
10. Developed Idea 3
On days of filming I collected a whole
range of images for the company
meaning they have something to use
on the websites image category when
browsing though the site.
As well as to show off some of the
products they made and sell on the
site having somewhat of better images
from a camera instead of just taking
them on a phone like the client already
does.
11. Developed Idea 4
A basic script trying to get my
point across to the viewer about
the company and what they do
this would be for a 15-30 second
advert that can be used online to
quickly show off the company.
This will be a base of what I may
want to be said in the interview
therefor it wouldn't be me giving
the information. It would be the
owner of the company.
12. Assessment of final ideas
Suitability for audience:. Do you think your audience will engage with your ideas?
Suitability for client: Does your idea fulfil the brief your client gave you?
Timescales: Is your project practical and manageable in the time you have?
13. Production Schedule:
You should prepare a production schedule that will allow you to manage your time over
the 4 weeks of production. This should include:
• Deadlines: Interim deadlines help you keep on track, final deadlines are final.
• Availability: The availability of the client and any other people you may need to help
you with your project. You will need to contact them. You might to do visit. You may
need to liaise with models, or photographers.
• Feedback: This is a working brief with a real client. You will need to get feedback on
your work and also allow yourself time to make appropriate changes. Plan appropriate
time in to you schedule so that you can do this.
• Resources: You should include a list of resources that you will need to complete your
project. Remember that this all needs to be your own work
