As a group, take a closer look at the brief you chosen and make some initial notes
on what you think needs to be considered and what needs to be included in your
proposal.
For example: Who is your audience? Do you need to consider the
age/demographic of your audience and will this impact on what you propose?
What is/are the output/s? Do you have options for this and if you do – what
platform/s might work best for your intended audience and brief objective and why.
18+ middle class and higher class. (Recent events and volunteering demographic)
Try to aim at a younger demographic too? 18-24
Make them think,
Needs to be relatable
Get the point across its for everyone (breaking the mold)
Social media for the younger audiences
Tv for older
Make audience feel sympathetic in order to draw them into the campaign?
Persuade them more of this real-world problem.
Anything online is a FFA
Do you have any questions that you would like to ask the client, at this time and
what are these questions?
Form any questions that you have carefully and with consideration to the brief, the
objectives and professionalism
Where would this be shown?
Wanting people to donate, volunteer or both?
2. Who do you want to be grabbing the attention of?
What do you want the audience to feel?
When will this be shown?
Individual roles and contribution are going to be key to the success of your creative
brief proposal. What role are you each considering? Is there an equitable balance
between roles? What are the areas that you will work on individually and together?
Deciding on your role, will help you to establish learning outcome 4. (we will look at
this together in the week 4 lecture and you will complete by week 5)
