Othello in groups of three with 98% accuracy after going over the act extensively throughout the
week through use of videos, lecture, and readings.
S. Select Methods and Materials
Method: Creating a diorama
Media: Arts & Bots
Material: cardboard, shoeboxes, paper, markers, etc.
U: Utilize Media and Materials
Before starting the project, there will be a short powerpoint on project based learning. I
will provide all materials needed. Students are more than welcome to bring in more supplies if
they so choose.
R. Require Learner Participation
The students will have to work cooperatively in order to complete their task. They will
have to actively engage with the process of creating this project. They can use any notes they
have acquired over the week in order to help.
2. E. Evaluate and Revise
Students will be evaluated on their completion of the project as well as effort put in that
will be determined by my own observation. There will be a small informal presentation in which
each group will describe what scene they picked and why they picked it. If too many groups
choose the same scene, in future attempts of this project I will delegate the scenes instead of
letting the students choose them.
