Telecommunication, Consumer Electronics and Hospitality. Company consists of about 2000 staffs in
GCC.
Duties:
 Manage pay roll processing function involving computation of salary, attendance, leave, fixed
and variable entitlements, deduction for loans, etc.
 Giving induction, arranging joining formalities & training for new employees, administration
daily attendance using attendance management software, leave management using HR
software, organizing exit interviews, preparing full and final settlement as well as handling exit
formalities for resigned and terminated staffs.
 Preparing salary conciliation report, salary disbursal report for all subsidies after the salary
dispersal.

 Handling employee queries related to salary compliant and HR procedures, attrition
management through employee engagement, assisting Group HR Head in the development and
implementation of HR personnel policies and procedures.

 Manage over 800 personnel files according to policy and law and regulations

in order to ensure that the process and the leave balance calculation is accurate and in full

 Prepare HR budget.
 Arranging insurance cards to new staffs and renew the cards yearly for existing staffs.
 Assisting PR department.
