What Country is it?
The teacher will flash the picture of the flags, maps, or scenic places
of each Southeast Asian countries and the students will identify what
country it is.

B. ANALYSIS
From the eleven countries in Southeast Asia, the students will be
asked to choose one country and name a song that originated there.
Guide Questions:
1. Are you familiar with any song from one of the countries in
Southeast Asia?
2. Can you sing a line from the song that you mentioned?
3. What is the meaning of the song you mentioned?
C. ABSTRACTION
Southeast Asian Music
The teacher will present the representative music of Southeast Asia
by playing a video clip of it in class. The lyrics will be presented in the video
for the student to familiarize.
D. APPLICATION
Each student is tasked to sing one song from the music presented.
This will be their first performance task and it will be graded using the
rubric below.
