Role & Responsibility
• My responsibilities related to Strategy and Excellence were, but not limited to the
 Preparation of Department’s Annual Performance Report,
 Quarterly Reporting: Balance Score Card KPI, Departmental Objective & KPI, Departmental Initiative
Progress, Divisional Objective, KPI and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
 Monthly Reporting: Internal & External Training Statistics, Internal Training KPI and Strategy
Communication Plan.
 Attending the weekly meeting with the department head, section heads and unit heads to report and

 Cascading and inculcating corporate sustainable direction to the department’s staff and employees
• Read and understand the letters/ request for inspection submitted by the contractors and consultants. Check and
ensure that inspection application form is duly filled, drawing status should be approved, Factory Acceptance Test
(FAT) plan & Quality plan are attached prior to the acceptance and processing of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT),
Type Test, re-inspection and Stage Inspection request of Transmission Materials and Equipments.
• Prepares inspection approval and get it signed by the department head and division head if required.
• Coordinate on inspection engineer’s visa submission, status monitoring and follow-up. Serves as a liaison to the
Consulate in coordination with HR-Passport & Residency Section.
• Arranges inspection engineers logistics such as flight booking/ticketing in coordination with HR-Employee
Relations, coordinate taxi pick-up & drop-off arrangement confirmation fro & to the airport (for overseas) and
allowances request/follow-up with Finance Department.
• Prepares faxes, memo, footnote, minutes of meeting, presentation and other official correspondences.
