• Financial management of funding documents,spend plans,budgets,carry over targets and project
estimates for 300+ installations per year that are created in the SSC LANT IMO-Tracker database for
IMO/Shore installation assigned tasking. Monitor charges of service center fee and accruals for all shore
install activities and report to the government financial lead and sub portfolio lead.
• Develop forecasts for production overhead,direct labor hours,capacity,backlog and carry over. Perform
analytical reporting to determine appropriate funding and provide strategic and economic analyses for
shore installations with regards to planning,programming, budgeting,and execution.
• Develop, analyze, and organize reports from Navy ERP to include funding document attributes,
expenditures, benchmarks, targets, cost performance data, obligated charges against funding documents
and projects,and program funding status reports.
• Assist Project Engineers and senior Shore leadership with preparing budgets,justifications, impact
statements, and with SPAWAR/IMO installation processes.

Serve as the primary contact for Other Command Funded (OCF) shore installation for SSC

Navy C4ISR ashore installation efforts are appropriately executed and managed through the Enterprise's
installation workflow and manage the workflow for all Non-PEO installations in SPAWAR/PEO
Integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER) and IMOTracker from task creation to project
closeout.
• Review all work scopes and cost estimates for accuracy and appropriate explanation of installation,
create all Other Command Funded (OCF) tracking numbers in SPIDER, ensure each installation is
channeled through the required estimate approval process, align funding properly within the
Installation Management Office (IMO), monitor accuracy and compliance with Shore Installation
Process Handbook (SIPH), of execution milestone documentation and installation deliverables.

including Fleet Readiness Certification Board (FRCB), IMO Business Policies and Processes,
PEO C4I & SPIDER, IMOTracker, and RSIM toolbox.
• Manage and provide oversight for Non-PEO shore tasking, coordinate daily with project
engineers with regards to funding, estimates, and schedules,labor and travel charges,service
center cost,billing elements and control accounts in ERP, FRCB documentation,installation
execution processes,and deliverable submission.
