are sounds,picturesandcolours.Furthermore,studentswouldhave alotof funalone or
withtheirparents/siblings.
 Seatingarrangement:Studentswillbe sittingonthe floor orintheirchairsdependingon
the activitytheydevelop.
 Possible problems/difficultiesandtheirpossiblesolutions duringthe class:
1. Maybe they won’trememberthe name of the shapesbutI will helpthemtoanswer.
2. Theywouldwantto touchthe shapes,theywill be sittingonthe floorandI will be
standingupnextto the wall.
 Classroommanagementstrategies:Say“1, 2, 3, hush!”to remindthemtokeepsilence.
 Potential problemsstudentsmayhave withthe language:Studentsmay have problemsto
pronounce triangle orrectangle astheyare wordswiththree syllablesandstudentsmay
findthema little difficult.
 Assessment:Iwill checkif childrenunderstandthe new vocabularyandthe classroom
instructions monitoringif they participateinthe oral activitiesandthey complete the
activity inwhichtheyshould paintwiththe correctcolours.
Routine– 5’
Purpose:To create a good atmosphere to work and make the studentsmove.

Purpose:To activate the previousknowledge.
I will showthemflashcardof the fourshapesthatwe have seenthe previousclass(Inthiscase I
will change themtoa newversionwithoutcoloursastheymessthe shape withthe colourof it) I
will say:“Do yourememberthisshape?”EA:“Square!”If they do notrememberthe name of the
shape,Iwill helpthemprovidingthe name of it orally.
Transition:Iwill say“I have somethingtoshow you”I puta posteronthe wall andI will pickupmy
shapesto dothe followingactivity.
Presentation– 15’
Purpose:To presentthe new colours and finallya toy usingpicturesand activities.
I will startto showthemthe shapesandI will askthemthe name of the shape,if theyare not able
to say it,I will helpthemwiththe flashcards askingthem“Isthis a circle/square,etc?”.WhenI
finishstickingall the shapesIwill create the followingpicture.Iwill paste inthe same turnboth
eyes,bothlegs,etc.
Finally,Iwill askthem“Whatisthis?”EA: “A robot”. I will answer“Verygood!”
Then,I will change tothe nextpicture.
I will askthem“What colourare the legs?”While I touchmy legsandI pointto the robot, EA:
“Rosa” and I will answer“Verygood!Pink.Legsare pink”.ThenIwill workwiththe otherpartsof
the bodyusingthe colours:brown,purple,lightblue andblack.
Transition:Iwill say“Well,let’ssitonyourchairs!We are goingtopaint a robot”
Development–10’
Purpose:To provide contextswhere students can practise the language.
Activity1 – 7’
I will give themthe followingcopysotheypaintthe robotusingmarkers.I will tell themthe
correct colourfor each shape.
Closure – 5’
Purpose:To greetstudents.

change part of the lyricsto use the same vocabularyas inthe “Hellosong”(insteadof spinaround
I will use turnaround).Iwill use the same mimicryof the video

I will startto showthemthe shapesandI will askthemthe name of the shape,if theyare not able to say it,I will helpthemwiththe flashcards askingthem“Isthis a circle/square,etc?”.WhenI finishstickingall the shapesIwill create the followingpicture.Iwill paste inthe same turnboth eyes,bothlegs,etc. Finally,Iwill askthem“Whatisthis?”EA: “A robot”. I will answer“Verygood!” Then,I will change tothe nextpicture.
