2. Style sheet
I chose this colour scheme as it matches the image
that I have also chosen. In my magazine I wish to
add some sort of section which includes anime and
I will probably be using this as the colour scheme
for the double page spread. I also like the art style
of the image as there are very defined edges and
detailed areas of the characters body. I am going to
try make a similar character in my magazine for a
fake sequel to the anime series that the character
belongs to. I then chose this font as it is similar to
the show which I wish to create a double page
spread on for a fake sequel.
I chose this colour scheme for a similar
reason as I chose my first colour scheme.
The colour scheme matches the character
and I wish to use colour schemes which
match the show I will be talking about. I will
also probably use this colour scheme in one
of my double page spreads because I want
to add variety to the colours throughout my
magazine. I will also be using this font due to
its resemblance to the one of the show.
3. Style sheet
I chose this colour scheme as it was used in a
poster that I found very creative and found that
it was really detailed. Since I liked this poster I
got inspired as the poster is made from drawings
whilst they all look realistic and as if they could
be photos. I may try to make a poster like this for
one of the films that I will talk about in my
magazine.
I chose this colour scheme as I found it to be very eye catching and I also
felt like the colours worked great together. This colour scheme to me
seems quite modernistic and maybe even a bit futuristic. I might end up
using this colour scheme in my front cover as this colour scheme is my
favourite and I also think that it would work well on a front cover due to
the bright and vibrant colours that can catch the eye of somebody walking
past and also intrigue a reader.
11. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
My work could become corrupted and I would
have to start again.
I will store my work in more than one place so
that I will have a backup.
I could lose the SD card. I will make sure to keep the SD card in the
camera at all times other than when I am
retrieving the photos.
The camera could stop working. I will check that the camera is working before I
go to take my photos. If it stops working whilst I
am taking photos, I will get a new camera and
use the SD card from the broken camera.
The studio could be fully booked. I will make sure to book the studio early so that
I can get a time slot in the studio.
The Photoshop documents I would be working
on could crash and I could lose a lot of progress.
I will make sure to save at regular intervals
so that if the program crashes, I will be able
to carry on from where I was before the
crash.
The pictures I take could be of poor quality and
blurry.
Make sure I am using the right camera settings
and lighting so that I have sharp and clear shots.
12. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
I could develop eye strain. Take regular breaks from the computer so that I
don’t strain my eyes.
I could develop an RSI. I will take regular breaks from typing so that I
can prevent the chance of developing a
repetitive strain injury.
Someone could trip over the tripod. Make sure to warn people who are passing by
so that they are aware of the tripod.
I could develop carpal tunnel syndrome. Make sure to take regular breaks from typing so
that there is less of a chance to develop carpal
tunnel syndrome.
Someone could damage their eye from the
lights in the studio.
I will make sure that none of the people that I
am working with look directly at the studio
lights before or after they are turned on. I will
also give them breaks so that they are not
constantly looking at bright lights in their
peripheral vision.
The background in the studio could collapse on
top of someone.
I will make sure that the background is sturdy
and unlikely to fall.
