I chose this colour pallet because I want paler colours on my magazine giving it
a vintage look, I also think making more colourful with a wider range of
different colours makes it more eye-catching and matches my indie genre.
The colours I have chosen are all light pale colours of similar shades which I
believe will be more appealing to a younger audience as well as making a
sweet combination of colours giving the magazine a comfortable colour
scheme.

bring my magazine together

theme bringing it all together to help
me create what I am hoping for.

I have chose a simple
layout for the context page
because I would like it to fit
the indie genre making it
different to most
magazines.
I chose this image because the
main focus is centered also there is
very little color in the photo and
the main color focus is in one part
of the photo, I also chose to use
the plain lines font I chose for the
text and indie rock for the title, I
chose this because I believe the
two fonts match together and the
genre also they make the page
more appealing.

For my front page I decided to
base it from an existing product
making the most out of the main
image including few text and
more white space.
I also chose the fat ass font from
da font because I believe it
stands out and is quite an eye
catching font for the cover page,
I also have made a sticker for the
top right of the page to make it
seem more professional.
I then have chosen the text to
be a purple color so it links the
the colours on the page making
it all fit together and come to
make what I would like for the
front page.

I am goanna need to put together my
magazine page by page.
For this I am going to need to use
Photoshop so I can use all the different
resources to make it all come together.
I am going to need to use a lot of images
and will need a software which I can edit
and crop these photos.
I will use Photoshop for this as it contains
many resources for editing photos and
enhancing images.
I am going to include lots of images in my
magazine and will need tov collect these
photos.
So I will mainly use as much of my own
photography as possible and then will use
the internet for any others I may need.
I am going to use lots of fonts and styles to
bring the magazine together and
understandable.
Therefore I will be using dafont.com to find
a range of fonts I think meet my magazines
standards.
My magazine is goanna contain a certain
colour scheme including several different
colours
Photoshop has a large range of colours
including the ones I have already chosen.

7. Contingency Planning

as well as saving it on to my h-drive.
I may not be given enough time or may finish

so I can retake i so.
I may not have time to keep up with the work. I will manage my time so I do the PowerPoint
work at home and the software work in my
college hours.

8. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
Working around computers and electrics all day
leaves you at high risk of having a fire.
to get rid of the chances of a fire starting in
your work space make sure any wires are kept
untangled and all machines have room to
breathe.
staring at a computer screen all day can cause
migraines and eye strains.
to prevent this from occurring I will go 0n
regular breaks but, if it isn't enough I can get a
screen cover.
sitting in the same position all day can cause
repetitive injuries in your neck or back
taking regular breaks and making my seat
comfier using pillows and neck rests.
leaving things around the room could cause a
trip hazard.
I will make sure no items are left lying around
and all chairs are kept well under the desk.
leaving drinks or any sort f liquid around could
break a pc or cause an electrical fire.
to prevent this people will be asked to keep
drinks in there bags or well under the desk so
there out of reach from the computers.
