House Keeping & Maintenance:
Inspecting the House, Evaluating housekeeping manpower & performance,
attendance, cleaning & consumption trackers.
Inspect the premises cleaning standards periodical.
Prepare a cleaning schedule & delegate the same to the concern. Cross check the
same closure.
Maintain the tracker of the Contract & AMC’s of the Equipment.
Inspect the premises prepare snag list & assign the duties to the concern. Cross
