Time Office Management:

 Tracking cases of leaves, absenteeism, and non-reporting to work.
 Preparation and analysis of Absenteeism Report & maintaining all attendance records
 Preparation and computation of employee’s Overtime on monthly basis.
 Maintaining of Employees Attendance and Leave records.
 Maintaining attendance details of all employees to identify LWP deductions.
Grievance Handling:
 Day to day Employees grievance like canteen, leave, wages, overtime and allowances,
Compensatory off, Shift working, transport, hours of rest and interval, late coming etc.
 Issue of warning letters.

 Arranging open houses Games
 Skip level meetings
 One to one meeting between employees and HR.
