 a guest service associate, that is theme based hotel and this building infrastructure
 inspired by Jantra mantra’s building Jaipur.
 6Months` of Industrial Training from “PARK INN” Gurgaon (Oct. 2009-April 2010).
 Making sure there are sufficient numbers of staff on duty to be able to look after the
 needs of the business.
 Keeping a daily, weekly and monthly cleaning check list.
 Managing staff absence and sickness levels.
 Informing staff of work that needs to be completed daily.
 Resolving any customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
 Carrying out any laundry duties.
 Making an inventory list of stock to ensure adequate supplies are always available.
 Rectifying outstanding quality issues immediately with room attendants.
