Calendar Management / Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Planning and scheduling internal/external meetings and appointments.
Take minutes of meeting & circulate to concerned, within the stipulated time
frame as suggested & follow-up.
Responsible for all types of MIS reports / data analysis /

Travel arrangement Domestic/International i.e. Air Ticket, Hotel Booking,
Taxi & Advance for every visit.
Claim Expense Sheet & Conveyance accordingly.
Guest Arrangements & take care for basic amenities of seniors.
Arrange Invitation letter and complete Visa formalities accordingly.
Maintain contact cards for team members Companywise/Personwise.

Take Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports from all locations. Harmonize all
reports and represent it to Management in good presentable/graph forms.
Sales analysis: Employee, Customer, Product, Location and Regionwise.
Working closely with President in day to day activities with respect to both -
official and personal matters as well.
Maintain high level of confidentiality in official and personal matters.
Maintain Personal file that contains Bank Statement, Credit Card Bills, Loan
Statements, Insurance & other important papers.
Coordinate with HR for scheduling interviews.
Maintain and renew all type of membership timely.
Check expenses and compare with plan v/s actual.
Monitoring performance through various analysis i.e. KPI’s &
KRA’s. Also Circles to identify trends.
Filter phone calls of President and attend visitors also.
Managing all types of the stationary requirements for the team.
Make Liaison with circle team & seniors so that can collect data from other
departments.
Ensure that various files/ documents are maintained and updated and are
sent to the President well before every meeting scheduled.
