 Take Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports from all locations. Harmonize all
reports and represent it to Management in good presentable/graph forms.
 Sales analysis: Employee, Customer, Product, Location and Regionwise.
 Working closely with President in day to day activities with respect to both -
official and personal matters as well.
 Maintain high level of confidentiality in official and personal matters.
 Maintain Personal file that contains Bank Statement, Credit Card Bills, Loan
Statements, Insurance & other important papers.
 Coordinate with HR for scheduling interviews.
 Maintain and renew all type of membership timely.
 Check expenses and compare with plan v/s actual.
 Monitoring performance through various analysis i.e. KPI’s &
KRA’s. Also Circles to identify trends.
 Filter phone calls of President and attend visitors also.
 Managing all types of the stationary requirements for the team.
 Make Liaison with circle team & seniors so that can collect data from other
departments.
 Ensure that various files/ documents are maintained and updated and are
sent to the President well before every meeting scheduled.

 Typing Speed in English 60 Words Per Minute.
 Typing Speed in Hindi 50 Words Per Minute
