Prospect, sell, and manage advertising space in multiple publications, magazines, and journals;
including, but not limited to: print/digital recruitment advertising; online ‘CareerCenters’; collecting/
processing/managing all assigned and accumulated advertiser accounts from initial prospecting/
marketing stages to maintaining their advertising schedules/renewals, billing, invoicing, regular customer
service needs (as the need arises), minor graphic design/creative assistance with ads themselves, as
well as adhering to/within strict publisher editing guidelines, deadlines, and internal sales quotas.

Juggled two separate real estate offices; kept track of incoming/outgoing referrals to and from each office
to other offices throughout the country and internationally. Conducted formal/informal staff meetings with
progress reports/updates; organizing/tracking/following through with all referrals.

Duties included, but not limited to: phones, messages, appointments, mail/faxes, responding to office e-
mail, organizing and updating office files, handling office/escrow bookkeeping/accounting, billing,

assisted with all graphic design/photography. This was the office where my NJ real estate licensure was

Daily “set-ups” and “tear-downs” of audio/video equipment in hotel meeting rooms, banquet halls, and
conference centers, such as wired/wireless microphones, speakers, projectors with projection screens,
computers, lighting, fog machines, etc.; running equipment or providing on-site assistance as needed.
1997-1998 Front Desk | Walt Disney World’s Old Key West Resort
Guest check-in/check-out, assisted with any ticket or special event purchases (in guest view), and
handled phones (behind the scenes/phones room) with similar tasks.
1994-1997 Entertainment/Back-Stage Technician | Six Flags Great Adventure
(Seasonal) Performed all needed “stage-hand” duties for different stage shows, water shows, fireworks/
concert events, etc.; performed through out the park in “Character” (costumes) for children/family
performances and/or “meet-n-greet” sessions.
SKILLS: Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista,Windows7, Win 8), MS ‘Office’ Products
including many PC troubleshooting skills, excellent working knowledge of MAC operating systems
and basic programs as well.
EDUCATION: - Graduated Jackson Memorial High School in June of 1996.
