1. Bio.
With a formal education in design, a 13-year career in the real estate industry and a successful track record in marketing, Kelly carries
with him a well-rounded technical résumé, yet it’s his expertise in client relations, which began with nearly a decade of serving in the
restaurant industry through high school and college, that became the key ingredient to his future successes. Well-developed interpersonal
communication skills and a strong work ethic were the tools necessary to survive the ups and downs of a post-college career in the real
estate industry. An ability to think quick on his feet, remain flexible and be adaptable in an ever-changing environment allowed Kelly to
succeed, despite the volatility of the market. As a result, Kelly earned the respect of his superiors and clients who offered him opportunities
in key sectors of the industry, such as title and escrow, mortgage banking and real estate sales. While honing his marketing skills in each of
those areas, Kelly turned to his fundamental roots in design to produce a product that stood out from the rest. The results were impressive,
not only for his employers, but later on in his own real estate business as well. Today, Kelly is a hard-to-find powerhouse of capabilities,
who can attractively represent an organization’s purpose, real estate-related or otherwise.
