Executive Assistant to Senior Partner of Financial Services, Senior Partner of
Operations, and two Principals for Operations team.
• Manage all administrative duties including complex calendar management; arrange
domestic/international travel; schedule client and internal meetings and conference
calls across numerous time zones; prepare engagement booking sheets and
invoices; generate engagement ledgers; and, prepare expense reports.
• Coordinate all practice meetings, conference calls, quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee and organize practice off-site events.
• Coordinate logistics of all public relations, media interviews and published
intellectual capital.
• Maintain/update practice mailing lists.
• Assist in the creation and preparation of client PowerPoint presentations.
• Work with staffing on various projects including authoring firm-wide circulated new
hire bios, generating appraisal schedules, and updating mentoring lists.

Payroll Administrator
Responsible for the processing of the monthly payroll for 2559 exempt employees as
well as semi-monthly payroll. Included in this process:
o Making adjustments for new hires and termed employees, employees on short-
term disability, and the correction of over-payments due to Human Resources or
data management errors.
o Responsible for tax jurisdiction changes; visa issues, tax forms, direct deposit
forms, and must answer payroll-related questions from employees directly, or
from their HR Department.
o Responsible for the processing of the AP vendor invoices for the payroll dept.
o Annually, assist in the W2 auditing process and delivery to the employees.
o Process the W2C's for corrections.
o Work with Human Resources on several processes.
o Respond in a timely manner to employees with issues.

Receptionist/ Office assistant
I was responsible for the daily opening and closing of the office. Screened incoming
calls, took messages, sent/received faxes, and answered routine inquiries. Coordinated
basic on-site meeting arrangements such as conference room reservation, available
office space, project reservations, and catering orders. Responsible for responding
quickly to office needs. I was a contact person for any issues related to the fax
machines, copiers, vending machines, and building management. I have very strong
customer service skills.
o Supported the International and Domestic tax department in the typing, using the
mail merge in Word, and distribution of cover letters that accompanied the
Foreign Signatory forms.
o Worked with the Audit department in coordinating their travel arrangements and
preparing their quarterly Audit Committee Power Point presentations.
o Assisted the Global Finance department in running monthly job reports via a
Cognos Impromptu macro.
o Supported the administrative assistants in the typing of memos and power point
presentations to meet tight deadlines.
