How does stigma feel?
#Movies4MentalHealth
● Shame
● Trying to hide what you're going through is another
burden on top of the mental illness itself
● unfair
● Isolating
● The idea of "there must be something wrong with me"
● shame and isolation
● Hopeless

What did you think?

#Movies4MentalHealth
● the scene at the table at the restaurant was very relatable for me
● anxious
● definitely relatable
● stressed, overwhelmed
● the muted voices did a really great job at representing what it
sounds like
● also very relatable, the voice in her head that began at a whisper
and then got louder and louder
● agreed with both olivia and lindsey! i've felt that before.

How can we support ourselves and others?
#Movies4MentalHealth
● I often feel that im responsible for my symptoms and
problems because my thinking and interpetations of
events can be faulty. Being self critical, having self
blame and a lack of compassion i find is not
constructive and helpful. I can be so mean and harsh
with myself and desire to be more kind patient and
accepting of myself
● Language and thinking about how it lands on the
other persons ears
