Conducts activities to support Manufacturing effort in meeting internal and external customer expectations for accurate
and timely processing of shipments. Uses various transaction systems and PC based Office applications to meet
reliability goals. Serves as a liaison between Manufacturing and all the distribution sites across the company and

Essential Functions:
• Verify and accurately process all shipments/receipts of parts from suppliers and all incoming freight with
100% accuracy to ensure accurate payments to suppliers through voucher on receipt, internal or external
customers.
• Responsible for ensuring on time shipments and 100% reliability by determining the sequence the trucks are
loaded in utilizing computer systems.
• May fill out documentation for all trailers including bills of lading, packing lists, and any other documentation
needed in special circumstances.
• Expedite the disposition and shipping of all material returns and reusable packaging or skids, as required by
site.
• Organize and maintain an efficient and effective flow of materials in and out of the staging area (on dock)
• Coordinate the delivery of all parts from the dock area to production areas and internal warehousing facilities.
• Responsible for the receipt and delivery of material for the Tool Crib, Maintenance Departments, and Food
