Monitoring your online reputation requires that you first know where to look for your reputation. Your reputation is composed of what patients and people are saying about you, your colleagues and your practice. Most of your reputation can be found on the multitude of "off-page" review sites containing your business/medical practice information.
On page resources are far fewer and include mainly your website and perhaps 1 or 2 social media platforms where you control the content/reviews/comments.
Most off page sources are indexed by the search engines. A Google Alert can send you an email anytime you or your practice are mentioned on the Internet. For those sites not indexed, they will normally send you an email alerting you of a new comment or review.
