- The 100% rule: The tasks that you break down must be 100% of works you need to
complete the project

- Because it has the least amount of flexibility; it passes no matter what happens on a
project

- Is a significant event that has no duration. We use it for setting schedule goals and
monitoring progress

and negative.

- Is a matrix that maps the work of the project as described in the WBS to the people
responsible for performing the work as described in the OBS (Organizational Break
Down Structure), and it can be created in different ways to meet unique project needs

- Is anything you think to be true but there is no guarantee, and a constraint is a
limitation on you and your project
