Mandated Benefits.
- Act as liaison and official signatory to Social Security System, Pag – IBIG, Philippine
Health Insurance Corporation and Bureau of Internal Revenue.
- Attends to employees concern towards government mandated benefits, performs case
analysis and resolution.
- Validate and approved amount to be advanced to the employees upon filing of SSS
Maternity and Sickness Benefit Claims.
- Ensure that reimbursements of amount advanced to the employees are timely based on
the specified timeline.
- Validate and approved evaluations for employee applications on SSS and Pag – IBIG
loans.
- Ensure timeliness of deductions and remittances of Government Loans.
- Validate and approved applications on Magna Carta for Women.
o For Company Initiated Benefits
- Prepare account analysis of accounting effects on medical related transactions.
- Prepare monthly amortization of payments for HMO, Life and Accident Insurance.
- Prepare analysis on the movement of medical utilization to achieve cost efficiency.
- Prepare Accounts Management Schedule for Car Plan Benefits.
o Monthly reconciliation of Government Mandated and Company Initiated benefits
accounting transactions versus the generated trial balance.
Analyzes & propose innovations in processes to achieve cost efficient & excellent customer service
