Company Profile :- Giant Group of companies have a diversified business which
includes Industries, Event Management, F&B Business Etc. It is a multimillion business with
its core in Sharjah and the event management& the F&B business being the new babies of
the group.
 Single handedly managing the overall functions of the Accounts, Finance &
Administration Dept. of the group.
 Preparing monthly financial reports, such as Balance Sheet, Change in Equity,
Profit & Loss Account, Cash flow statement, and projected cash flow statement
for Managing Directors for 2 group companies.

 Checking delivery orders, and generating sales invoices with respect of different
projects. And follow up with Receivables and checking daily receipts of the
company. And providing statement of accounts to customers
 Follow up with purchase department checking LPO’s and goods received
notes and recording purchases in ERP accordingly. And releasing local
suppliers’ payment and coordinate with suppliers with respect of outstanding
payables
 Checking inventories stock according to system and physical. And adjusting any
loss if found. And providing fast moving and slow moving inventory report to
Managing Directors.
 Preparing budgeting for future year and also preparing budgets for upcoming
projects. And allocating job expenses or income to proper jobs or projects. And
providing project profitability report to Managing Directors.
 Closing month end and ensuring all adjusting entries are recorded such as
depreciation, staff gratuity, prepaid rent,salaries payable etc.
 Liaising with the bank for credit facilities.
 Petty Cash & Asset Management.
 Handling Audit related queries.
 Reporting directly to the Chairman.
 PR related works in DMCC.
 Personal asset management of the Chairman.
