 Ensuring the Prominent Display of the Products at the Medicine Retail Shops, Cosmetic Shops
and Groceries Shops in the Region.
 Ensuring POP Material for the Products at retail counters by Stockists in market to promote the
product at consumer level.
o Incentive Scheme Formulation: Responsible for formulation of attractive incentive schemes & product
level schemes ensuring good distributor profitability and good push for the products in the Market.
o Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Ensuring availability of maximum products at more and
more number of outlets across regions. Convincing the Consignees to keep the Stock and promote all the
Products.
o Business Intelligence: Expanding the business in a planned way by appointing the Strategically Located
Consignees and Stockists.
o Consignee Management: Handling the consignee and stockiest queries/problems and ensured a prompt
response/resolution to the`queries.
o Appointed 6 State Level Consignees and 180 stockiest to get sales of more than Rs 1 CR.
o Managed the Region allotted for Sales and had given an exceptional output much more that the
Management Expectation.
o Developed the territory for better exponentially growing sales which was at zero level.
