 Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd. (Nov 2010 – Till Date).
An Organization which provide financial services to the economically active poor, to help
alleviate poverty. Ujjivan’s goal is to provide a holistic range of services to poor working women
in urban and semi-urban areas to enable them to be free from poverty. Where I am appointed
as HR Officer to look after Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, staff relation and
developing their skills through trainings and other compensation and benefits.

• To create module according to the need of the organization and deliver it to the staff
through training.
