Work in partnership with the CEO, Executive Director of The Leadership & Legacy Academy, and the Early Childhood
Education Director, create the strategic five-year plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it.

Manage Center for Working Families and Martindale-Brightwood Family Stability Projects. Manage and
direct the efforts of seven staff members. Provide case management for the Strategies To Empower and
Promote Success program and the Center for Working Families (CWF) program. Duties include grant writing,
data management, report writing, creating and delivering outreach programs and presentation, and evaluating
programs. Facilitate job training and motivational workshops. Report directly to the Executive Director.
• Effectively manage programs meeting 85 percent of targeted program goals.
• Developed and manage internal program models for EMCC Center for Working Families and
Martindale-Brightwood Stability Project.
