Role involves working with Centre Managers to identify suitable candidates, coaching and preparing for applications and interviews. Recruiting new Employers to sell Babington Group Apprenticeship and managing performance 2015 - 2016 InTraining Leicestershire Career Coach Managing and delivering Traineeship programmes. I successfully ran a pilot scheme, which I then managed and rolled out across Leicestershire. Involves extensive networking to JCP, agencies, local employers and colleagues across several sites, to recruit trainees, deliver training and arrange quality placements.   2. 2. 2010 – 2014 Learndirect Warwickshire Employability Coach I had sole responsibility for the successful delivery of Job Search Support contract in Nuneaton including liaison with JCP advisors and managers, planning and implementing a variety of courses, inductions and Job Search Advice sessions to meet Job Centre requirements. I managed a caseload of clients and delivered workshops & IAG, to support unemployed people back into work.   3. 3. Attended various personal development workshops and courses including managing conflict, end of year accounts, and marketing, financial performance. Interests In my spare time I keep fit and have been a member of a local fitness centre for a number of years, taking part in circuit training, yoga and boot camp. I have also helped to organise a long distance hike, raising funds for a local hospice as well as completing the 3 Peaks challenge and several ‘fun run’ events. I am a member of the local allotment society and enjoy growing my own fruit, vegetables and fruit. I am also planned giving officer and a member of local PCC
