This is a new role within Company, I have responsibility for working with Trainees as they come
towards the end of the Traineeship, to help them progress into Apprenticeship. Role involves working
with Centre Managers to identify suitable candidates, coaching and preparing for applications and
interviews. Recruiting new Employers to sell Babington Group Apprenticeship and managing

Managing and delivering Traineeship programmes. I successfully ran a pilot scheme, which I then
managed and rolled out across Leicestershire. Involves extensive networking to JCP, agencies, local

providers to recruit learners and ensure training is delivered to meet learner and refer requirements.

I had sole responsibility for the successful delivery of Job Search Support contract in Nuneaton
including liaison with JCP advisors and managers, planning and implementing a variety of courses,
inductions and Job Search Advice sessions to meet Job Centre requirements. I managed a caseload
of clients and delivered workshops & IAG, to support unemployed people back into work. Working to
high standards of delivery and achieving excellent feedback, I have successfully helped many people
to gain confidence, focus and training to get back into work.

I worked on a regeneration project, in an area of high economic and social deprivation, including the
delivery of IAG, on all aspects of Jobs support and project managing Business Start-up project. I

Prior to this I have had a varied career in Banking, Financial Services and Retail. I was Manager of a
successful branch, with full responsibility for staff recruitment, training and ensuring targets for sales
and customer satisfaction maintained, plus security and accurate working.
In addition I spent 6 years in Marketing, Promotions and Events, promoting the Banks agricultural
policy to branch managers and customers. With particular responsibility for organising, coordinating
and attending promotional events, shows and sponsorships. I also helped with production of leaflets,
promotional materials and edited quarterly digest.
