Despite extensive practical experience gained by all university members in the Corona Semester 2020, there are always unanswered questions, technology hiccups, and uncertainties in dealing with the Zoom video conferencing platform. This slide set provides some of the necessary information to use the tool competently and safely. In this second part, we will cover the options and settings for hosts, i.e. setting up a meeting, sharing the content of the screen, dividing participants into small groups and breakout rooms, creating and conducting surveys, and some security settings to avoid Zoom bombing.
