I have worked professionally in youth ministry for the past 30 years. For the past 13 years, I have served as a consultant, researcher, and trainer for clients big and small, universities, dioceses, non-profits and for-profits. My passion is in helping adults learn and apply what they learn. I have a PhD in Human Resource Education and Workforce Development from Louisiana State University. I have served as an e-learning consultant and trainer since 2000 for Ministry Training Source, an organization I co-founded.
