I am an innovative professional with more than 10years of progressive leadership, customer
and marketing expertise in the petroleum downstream sub sector of the Oil and Gas sector in
Ghana, with demonstrated initiative ,creativity and success .I am a proactive leader/manager
with significant experience in multicultural environments .I also have experience in strategic
forward planning; operating within the tight financial disciplines imposed ,by challenging
budgets which I have helped to plan; and the application of modern leadership
methods(through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target setting,
clarity in communication and easy inter personal relations).My own cosmopolitan background
