Vertigo Films UK,
PAJ Productions request the rights to Vertigo Films to distributeThreeSeven to the public fromthe 26th
January,and for the duration of 5 months for the market. Terminatingand concludingthe agreed contract on the 26th of June.
Allowingenough time for commission pay to earn PAJ Production expectations.Net proceeds will beexpected to be £8,200 at
leastat conclusion of contract(this being after all costs madefrom other considerablepayments from earnt revenue). Earnin g
at least£1,640 per month audience release.This contractis to includethe only releasethrough platforms stated: Cinema, UK
TV & DVD commencing towards the ending date. Allowingvariation in audience,and makingsurewe reach all planned
audienceand possibly secondary audience.
Circumstances which may stop this contractrelationship isasstated:
 Unable to keep distribution throughoutterm given.
 Not terminating or beginningon the right dates given.
 Unable to give minimum expected revenue earnings off film(after payments).
 Decreasingvalueor disadvantagingThreeSeven in any way; non-advertisement, inequality to the collection of Vertigo Films
already distributed in the past.
 Stating ThreeSeven a label itis not.
Circumstances will benegotiated after anything is breached above, and payments after anything breached will still need to be
paid.
