Dionysus productions is granted permission by the property owner to enter and use the property located at Romford Rd, Chigwell IG7 4QL from a specified date range to film educational footage. The property owner agrees to allow Dionysus productions and its employees access to the inside and outside of the property to photograph, film, and record during the specified hours. Dionysus productions is granted exclusive worldwide rights to the footage in perpetuity, and the property owner agrees to waive further compensation and hold Dionysus productions harmless from any liability.

Location Release Form
Permission is hereby granted to Dionysus production and its employees, agents,
independent contractorsand suppliers to enter in the property located at __________
for photographing and recording certain scenes for educational purposes. For £0 GBP
the sufficiency of which you acknowledge, you agree to the statements and conditions
stated in this contract concerning your Property.
Use of Property
Dionysus productions may use the inside and outside of the Property located at:
(Romford Rd, Chigwell IG7 4QL) fromthe day of ____________________ to the day of
____________________ during the hours of 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Dionysus productions will
use the Property as a location for photographing, videotaping. In the event of a delay
in schedule due to photographically unfavorableconditions, or reasons beyond our
control, Dionysus productions holds the right to rescheduleat the agreed fees and
terms provided in this agreement.
Recording of Footage
Dionysus productions may photograph, film, videotape and record sound on the
Property and use the resulting materials in any way Dionysus productionschooses.
Rights to Footage

You give us permanent, worldwide, exclusiveright to own all rights to all Producer
records and photographs. You will have the right to inspect the footage to ensure it
does not break any laws or rules at your property but not to tamper with it, make any
more copies other than provided or use it for other purpose
Crew and Equipment
Dionysus productions may bring into the Property our crews, actors and equipment.
Dionysus productions may construct temporary sets and, after completing photography
and recording, will restore the Property to its original condition as of the initial date of
occupancy by ______________ unlessotherwiseagreed to by both parties in writing, with
reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Assignments
You give us the right to assign all terms stated in this contract. You agree to waive any
further compensation or demand of any kind forever.
Hold Harmless
Dionysus productions agrees to hold you harmless fromany liability and loss that may
be caused by our employees or equipment and to deal with any costs to you caused
by these.
