The document describes the design of a website about reggae music. It includes a banner at the top linking to reggae. Under the banner are navigation buttons to access the 4 pages. A primary poster image on the homepage enlarges genres in the background. A side video plays reggae music and a paragraph explains the genre. Additional videos and a slideshow of upcoming events are included. Images of carnival and other reggae celebration posters made by classmates are displayed in a gallery. The blog page includes an image of the author and a search bar to find posts, which are organized in boxes divided into rows.

3. Navigation.
I have 4 pages on my website. They have been put at
the top of the page under the banner as my banner is
the point of focus so when the audience first look at
the banner, they see the navigation button
underneath it and are able to go directly to the page
they are looking for. I made the colours blue as blue is
a neutral colour.
Banner
My banner is at the top of my page. I added the banner so
it links to the theme of my poster and to also link to
reggae. I used this font as is bubbly which represents
Reggae. I added a shape over it and dissolved it. Once I
dissolved it I added an gradient overlay so that it has the
three colours of reggae on it.
Primary Image.
I placed my poster on the homepage as it
is a source of primary imagery since I
made it myself. I enlarged it so that the
audience are able to read the different
types of genres written in the background
and also view the image.
Coding.
I included a video on the side of my poster which
plays Reggae music as soon as the audience get
on the page. I chose Reggae music so that people
who haven't heard reggae music can hear it and
see what its like.
I added a paragraph explaining what
Reggae is so that the audience get some
background information on the genre and
feel like they understand the roots abit
more.
Videos
I added another video so that the
audience have a variety of other
things to do whilst on my website
and they have more resources to
see and maybe learn form.
Secondary images.
I added a slideshow at the bottom of the
page which is titled Upcoming events to
make the audience feel as if they can be
part of this celebration. I also used the
slideshow to show the audience more
images of the event.
Background
I changed the background to picture
of a beach. This is as reggae is
Caribbean and the Caribbean has
many beaches and resorts so it keeps
the whole website relating to reggae.
Secondary Images.
I put the images of carnival on either side.
I added a reggae flag underneath the paragraph as it is a part of
reggae.
Framing
I changed the size of the video so that it would fit
on the page and there would be space for other
things to go on the site next to it.
Behaviours.
The video plays music as soon as
the audience get onto the page.
This can be paused by hovering
over the video and pressing pause.

5. Secondary images.
I added images of other people in the class’ posters as they all are to celebrate Reggae. They
were all secondary images.
I saved everyone else's posters on my desktop and uploaded them to put them on my website
to show my audience posters that celebrate reggae.
Behaviours.
When you hover over an image in the gallery, it roll overs and you can see the name of the
person who created it.
I changed the way the gallery was laid out so it wold look neat and even.
I added some text, for the audience to read it and give them information about who made
them.

7. I changed the title text font and size so
that it was more noticeable and
matched my theme to keep it looking
professional.
Primary images.
At the top of my blog page, I added an image of
myself that I took on snapchat to personalize my
blog.
Framing.
I changed the size of this image so it would fit
onto the page in the corner and still have space.
Navigation.
I added a search are as part of my
blog page so that the audience
could search for certain posts that
are in my blog.
I added boxes around the posts so that
it would divide each post making it
look neat. I also added more rows so
that the audience could see more of my
posts.

9. I changed the size of the box so it
would fit the screen better.
