Two Bin concept:
 SVM will collect segregated house hold waste, from door to door and floor
to floor, in 2 color garbage bag with the help of 2bin trolley.
 Organic waste processing by OWC.
 Nonorganic waste will be taken away for further processing by SVM.
 Transport raw compost for further treatment.
SVM will give consumable compost to the project for
maintains of its project garden and greenery.

Machinery and Equipment Specifications
Composting Machine: OWC-300. a) Power Connection : 13.5 HP (Main Motor & Chopper Motor)
b) Brim Capacity : 300 Lit.
c) Waste Batch size : 125 Kg.
d) Batch Duration : 30 min.
e) MOC : All contact parts of SS-304.
f) Trolley : One No. of MS-304
Double Curing System Capacity: 200 Kg of Organic Waste per day.
1. 100 Nos. of HDPE crates of size 54x36x26 cm, laminated with aerating net.
2. One number of four shelf folding storage rack of size 365x120x255 cm.
3. 4 Nos. of Leachate collection tray of G.I. of size 150x55x7 cm.
4. Double Fogger: Moisture control fogging system consisting of 140 foggers,
Disc Filter, Ball Valve, 1 No of Laxmi Make Pump, Time Control unit for
spray and frequency control, One number of pressure gauge, and other
accessories like piping, valves etc.
Double Shredder Shredder is required if garden waste like plant pruning’s is to be converted into
organic manure as also will take care of meat bones.
Double Shredder of M.S. Contact parts, having feed cross section of 130 mm x
300 mm and depth of 100 mm complete with 2 H.P. Drive geared motor and
mounted on fabricated frame for easy working.
Note: The cutters are made of C.S duly carburized and hardened. The two shafts
holding the cutters operate at differential speeds i.e. 100 R.P.M and 70 R.P.M to
facilitate self cleaning. Body Cover SS 304 and Mobility Arrangement.
