This study investigated replacing fine aggregate in concrete with waste foundry sand (WFS) at different percentages. Fine aggregate was replaced with WFS at 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% by volume. The concrete mixtures were tested for workability, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, and flexural strength at 28 days. Results showed that 30% replacement of fine aggregate with WFS produced the highest strengths - compressive strength was 18.86% greater than normal concrete, splitting tensile strength was 11.97% greater, and flexural strength was 24.31% greater. Therefore, the optimal replacement of fine aggregate with WFS was determined to be 30% by volume. Using WFS as a partial replacement
