A 16-year-old girl presented with abdominal pain, malaise, and loss of appetite for 3 months. Imaging showed multiple ill-defined lesions in her liver. Serological tests confirmed the presence of antibodies to Toxocara canis, indicating visceral larva migrans. A diagnosis of hepatic visceral larva migrans was made based on the imaging findings, eosinophilia, and positive serology. She was treated with albendazole and experienced complete resolution of symptoms and imaging abnormalities.
